britney spears is an artist that i feel will live on forever. she has gone a little crazy but her music is still fun and energetic. it is the kind of music that makes you want to dance and not really care about the lyrics. i grew up listening to her and i feel her music is not that bad. it is a pop kinda of music and really girly but i do know some boys that like listening to her as well. she deffinitly knows how to make fun lyrics. i dont think ive ever listened to the lyrics thoroughly but i dont really care. this song is a mix of fast and slow lyrics and that is  why i like it you get to act silly and get crazy but slow it down at the same time. i think everyone should download this song and learn some good music and i feel everyone would lighten up  a little bit. i feel everyone looks at britney as a car accident and not so much as an artist. her voice is lovly she just goes through some hard times. i dont think enough people give her a break. she should be honored to be who she is and she will live a happier life. everyone in the world cares about everyone else but themselves and i feel she doesn't reciieve enough credit for being as successful as she truly is.

the beatles- dear prudence

this song has got to be the best song by this band. i truly love the beetles, but hey who does. they are the best band becuase they are so pure and their music is so talented. they are so talented that they had a movie based upon their music. it is called Across the Universe. this movie is about the song that the beetles wrote back in the day and how the behaviors are different. they would have sex and do drugs and never second guess themselves. the beeteles is probrolly one of the most famous bands, everyone knows who they are.  i dont think ive ever met someone that did not know who this band was. its really cool how they are still making appearances at concerts and stuff even though half of their band is dead. its sad that everyone has to die but it happens and every band should want to live up to their potential. with only three members remaining i dont think they will ever die. their name will live on forever and i have extreme faith in this band.
    this song is in the movie Across the Universe. i highly recommend this movie becuase it is beautifully written and is a perfect movie if you are a beetles fan. i dont think i have ever hear a bad review of this movie becuase it isnt. it is awesome and everyone should watch it. it has a roller coaster of emotions from love connections and laughing moments. it is a crowd pleaser that everyone will love.

who dat girl- Flo rida

when i hear this song i automatically want to get up and dance. i realize this song was my favorite song when it came on the radio. when it came on i turned up the radio real loud and just begin to dance. my boyfriend and i really like this song. he put it on his ipod when it came on and we instantly loved it. my boyfriend and i have the same interest in 

music. we love "dancy" song and we love to have fun with our music. i feel our music is what makes us connect to another level because when no one is looking we will turn the music up real loud and just start to dance. once this song comes on we move to the middle of the floor and begin to get our groove on:) we always have a good time when we hear good music and we love to listen to music that makes us dance and act goofy. flo rida is the best artist to have a random artist in your head because he knows how to make new music fun and exciting. he has been famous for a little while but i feel he has not had his break through moment yet and i cant wait to witness it.

Jay Z- Forver young

  This song reminds me of my high school graduation. During graduation practice they played this song in our senior slide show. We watched pictures of ourselves throughout the years while listening to the amazing lyrics. It is touching when this song comes on the radio and it brings back memories from my high school experience. There is nothing better than having a song that brings back good experiences over the past few years.   
    This song is a song to reflect and think about the past. It makes you truly understand your life and the times you have that you’ve spent with your friends.  The time that you spend with your friends should be envied and treasured. Life is too short to be angry or sad and this song is a song that can be respected.  Life is real and so are these lyrics. There is no reason for you to take life to serious because situations that you come across aren’t always serious.  Look at life in a positive aspect and stay happy. Never be scared to make decisions. The people that truly care about you will always have your back and stand behind you 110%. If you’re having a bad day just take a moment to realize that the sun will always be shinning, if not today- tomorrow. Stay healthy and happy because everything else will simply fall right into place. Time here is short lived and time is always clicking. So when you listen to this song take a moment to realize that live every moment here like it was your last.

Enrique Iglesias- I like it

    The song “I like it” reminds me of my friends Steve. He is an upbeat kind of person that enjoys good music. He is my front end leader at work and every time he goes to counts out my drawer. At night time he always listens to music and this is the go to song to listen to at closing time. This fun song makes us all get up and dance. If our mood is a little gloomy we all get really happy and we instantly get hyper and start dancing. Steve is the type of person that enjoys a good time and loves to have a good time. When a song like this comes on he starts to get all cheerful and tries to get everyone else to be happy. In order to have a good time, you have to surround yourself with a person that likes to have a good time. Steve is that person to instantly turn the mood of the room upside down. There is no reason to not have friends like this. Life is all about having fun and hanging out with the people that are in it for having a good time while being a good influence. With good friends come a good time and to have friends like this is always a way to have a great life.

Goo Goo Dolls- Iris

The song “Iris” by the goo goo dolls reminds me of my boyfriend’s senior prom. This is my favorite love song in the entire world. It is so cute and is all about true love. I treasure the memories that I have to this song because it is so lovely. When I hear this song it reminds me of the slow dance that we shared at his last prom as a senior in high school. While we shared the last slow dance song of the night he thanked me for being his date and that he is having a really good time. That prom was so fun and enjoyable. We were both young and were just there to have a good time with our friends. We had awesome people at our dinner table and in our limo. There was no one that I would have wanted to share that night with other than Corey. We made the best of the night and the song was the icing on the cake to a fabulous night.  I find this song to be very romantic and memorable. In fact, after prom he downloading the song and he started playing it in his room and asked me to slow dance. That moment I found was so adorable and it brought back memories from the night of prom that I will never forget. This song is a song that will always stay true to my heart and will never leave my memories.

While I listening to this song it reminds me of this time at work when me and a friend started jamming out at work.  When my coworker, Erika work together we become so hyper and have such a good time at work. Everyone laughs at us because we are always having fun and having a good time at work. When I hear this song it instantly picks my mood up and makes me want to dance. Every time we hang out this is the song that we blast in the car and roll down the windows and start having a good time. If I’m in the mood to dance I start to turn this song up really loud. When it comes on at work me and Erika look at each other and start to laugh because it brings back good memories.

KeKe Palmer- Bottoms up

   I absolutely love this song! Its so energetic and fun, I used to run to this song all the time. When I would look for running songs on my ipod this song would always come to mind. The beat is an excellent rhythm to keep a steady pace. Sometimes I will get in such a good mood when I’m running that I’ll actually start singing this mid-run. Even though I am a horrible singer I try to do it when no one is around and I try to act like I’m really good.
     This song always gets stuck in my head and I love just bobbing my head to the beat. Everyone should know this song, or at least all girls. If your trying to get pumped up before a party or even just to go to Walmart this is the go to song. I guarantee you will want to dance and know all the words. When I first heard it I constantly played it in the car so I could know all the words when it would come onto the radio.
     When this song comes on, I think about the times I would go to the cardio room during lunch and run and try to get into shape for prom. This song is a good motivation song when you want to get up and run. When you have motivation to lose weight it takes something that is going to be behind you to help you get that little push that you need to keep going for the extra 5 minutes.

Mike Posner- Please don't go

    This song makes me feel sad. When it comes to my boyfriend leaving for the coast guard, its not something I like to think about. We spend just about every second together and when I realized the day has finally came to him leaving, I was unable to grasp the concept that my best friend was gone. Although he is only gone for eight weeks it feels terribly long. As the coast guard says “ the days are long but the weeks are short.” You have to experience this for yourself in order to truly understand.
    The night before he left I was dreading it. I felt if I didn’t go to sleep he wouldn’t leave the next day. Falling asleep was so painful because I knew the next day he was going to be gone. During our last night sleeping together I randomly would wake up and look at him and truly capture the moment because I knew this was the last night that would be ours together.
     Now that he is gone, I realized it isn’t that hard to be without him. I feel the time apart is going really quick. Unfortunately, when this song comes on I do think about the sorrow I felt when it was our time to say goodbye. The last day is something I try not to think about because it is something that gets me to a sad place. As a way to get my mind off of him I think of what I’m going to do and say when I think of him because I know he will be home before I know it.

       This song Cooler than me by Mike Posner is a fun song that I really enjoy listening to. When I hear this song it makes me thing of summer. Cooler than me reminds me of those car rides to the beach with the windows down feeling the cool air in my hair. This is a very upbeat , enjoyable song that everyone can have fun while listening to it. When you are in a bad mood you should just turn the radio up and start to jam out because you are enjoying the song. By having Mike Posner’s song on the radio allows all the listeners to experience the fun part of music that it bring to life. Upbeat songs are definitely worth your time to listen to and to spend the money on the album. When you think of summer you think about spending time with friends and having fun in the sun, never do you think of how boring the sun is or how you wish you were indoors. By listening to this song, your spirit immediately becomes uplifted. Your frown turns upside down when you “got your hot crowd switching your walk.” When you have an uplifted spirit you tend to have more confidence, and with confidence you are more likely to have a better personality. With an uplifting personality people will want to be around you which will result in having more friends that will always have your back.

        The song “In the still of the night” reminds me of my father. My father was a fantastic singer. He would enjoy singing and joking around. I would purposely make him sing because I loved his voice. When I hear this song I sort of take a moment of silence to remember him.
       My father passed when I was thirteen years old. He passed away due to cardiac arrest. We do not know what happened. It was very sudden and I loved him very much. He was a very fun and loving soul. He was hysterical. Jokes came so natural for him. I don’t like to get upset talking about him because I know he is in a better place. I am a strong believe in life after death and I know I will see him again.
      This song makes me feel sad but at the same time I feel happy. This songs bring back so many good memories. I actually recorded him singing this song on my first cell phone and I made it his ring tone for when he called. For some reason when I go out to dinner with my boyfriend, family or when I’m going through a hard time this song magically comes on. Whether it be the radio or restaurant music. When it comes on I stop and think about him. I feel his spirit is always with me. Especially when this song comes on. When it start to play I can literally hear him singing. Which puts a smile on my face.

     This song gives me a feeling that no other song can give a person. This song reminds me of love and happiness. My boyfriend plays this song on his guitar. When I first met him he played it. Ever since then it has been the only song I force him to play over and over. He is now in the coast guard boot camp. When I get upset that he is away I just listen to this song. It is short and sweet. I can literally hear him play and sing it as if he was in the room. We spend almost every second together. We have been together for about six years. So when I found out he was leaving for eight weeks it was considered bad news to me. But we both know it’ll be okay. When this song comes on I feel a connection no matter how far he is. Its amazing how one song can put such a smile on your face no matter how sad you are. This song by Led Zeppelin turns my mood completely upside down. It makes me stop thinking negatively. And allows me to stop being selfish and realize that this separation is so short and will better us for the future as a couple as well as make him a better person. When Tangerine comes on I picture my boyfriend fighting so hard through these obstacles just so he can reach a goal that he has set for himself as an amazing human being.
